In his dissertation, he dealt with the subject of the Manufacture and analysis of thin BaTiO3 coats for condensers. Since 2007, he has been a Doctoral Candidate and Scientific Employee at the Professorship for Materials Technology at the Technical University of Dortmund with coating technology as the main focal point. Within the framework of his doctoral dissertation, he is investigating the APS and AS coating of complex tool surfaces for forming technology. Since the start of 2010, Mr. Krebs has been the Head of the Thermal Spraying Working Group.
