Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Carsten Kunde

Carsten Kunde, born in 1973, trained as a physics laboratory assistant at Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH from 1992 to 1994. From 1994 to 1998, he studied mechanical engineering, specialising in energy and environmental technology, at the Aachen University of Applied Sciences. He completed his degree with a thesis on ‘Petrol reforming for hydrogen fuel cells’ from 1998 to 2000 at the Daimler AG research centre in Ulm. From 2000 to 2005, he was employed as a development engineer and international project manager at the automotive supplier Pierburg Instruments GmbH. He has been with Diamant Metallplastic GmbH since 2005, initially in sales and development, and since 2009 as an authorised signatory and additionally in marketing. He became managing director in 2013 and a shareholder in 2019.
