Dr.-Ing. Anja Meyer


Dr.-Ing. Anja Meyer studied in the years from 2002 to 2007 Chemistry at the Dresden University of Technology and specialized in anorganic chemistry. Afterwards, she worked as a PhD student at the Fraunhofer Institute for ceramic technologies and systems IKTS. She obtained her PhD from the Karlsruher Institute of Technology KIT with the topic “Influence of milling on the stability of Boehmite in aqueaous suspensions.” in 2012. Since then, she has been working as a scientist at Fraunhofer IKTS and is, a. o. involved in the development and characterization of ceramic suspensions of various compositions for use in thermal spray processes as well as the characterization of the coatings.
