Sound knowledge of operation & maintenance of Thermal Spray Coating technology systems viz. HVOF, Plasma, Arc, and Flame Spray etc. Hands on experience on coating evaluation as per ASTM international standards. Handled various application based projects of Gates Unitta-on rear sprockets carbide coating, Cummins Technologies- arc coating onturbo charger, General Electric-plasma coating on hydrostatic bearings and Orthotech-HAP coating on medical implants and many more. Implementation of ISO 9001: 2015, AS 9100, and API spec Q1 in R&D-coating division. Research journal publications on thermal spray coating in process.
