Alan Burgess

Alan is an engineer, entrepreneur and innovator with over 25 years’ experience of active involvement in thermal spray technology and product development.  Alan Burgess graduated in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of British Columbia in 1986. In 1990 he started Northwest Mettech Corp. and was one of the original developers of the Axial III plasma Spray Torch. Alan is currently President of Spraywerx Technologies Inc. which he founded in 2011 to develop the ID-Nova HVOF technology.
